Join us for an 8 week Monday mixed media class where we go under the sea! This class allows students the possibility to try a little bit of everything to give them a wide variety of art-making experiences. Both traditional and non-traditional approaches are taught by using a variety of media that may include: plaster, paint, oil pastel, clay, cardboard, collage, and everyday objects that can be transformed into original works of art.
MONDAY, 4:30 pm to 6pm for students 5-9 years of age, 02/23 to 04/13
Join us for a 12 week Monday mixed media class! This class allows students the possibility to try a little bit of everything to give them a wide variety of art-making experiences. Both traditional and non-traditional approaches are taught by using a variety of media that may include: plaster, paint, oil pastel, clay, cardboard, collage, and everyday objects that can be transformed into original works of art.
Mini Monet is all about exploration, play, and discovery, offering little artists the chance to experience the joy of making art through process-based activities.
WEDNESDAY, 10:30am to 11:30 am for kids 20 months to 5 years old, 02/25 to 04/15 *No Class 03/18, 03/25*
Have you ever wanted to make a story come to life? In this class, we make that wish come true. After listening to our storyteller, your child will use their imagination to create their own characters, scenery or even a whole new story. This class includes a dazzling variety of art materials and techniques, so bring your imagination and listening ears and join us for an adventure!
Parents and care takers stay with the participants.
Mini Monet Is all about exploration, play, and discovery, offering little artists the chance to experience the joy of making art through process-based activities.
In each class, kids will use their imagination to explore a variety of materials—such as finger paints, textured papers, plaster, clay, and more—while engaging in sensory play.
TUESDAY, 4pm to 5pm for students 3-9 years of age, *No Class 3/17, 3/24*
Join us for 9 weeks of Tuesday mixed media class! This class allows students the possibility to try a little bit of everything to give them a wide variety of art-making experiences. Both traditional and non-traditional approaches are taught by using a variety of media that may include: plaster, paint, oil pastel, clay, cardboard, collage, and everyday objects that can be transformed into original works of art.
This is a drop off class only if your child is ready for drop off.

THURSDAY, 4:30-6PM for students 9 to 14 years of age, 3:20pm to 5:30 pm for students 5-12 years of age, 02/25 to 03/11. **LFC Pick up**
Join us for a short 3 week portfolio arts mixed media class! The next session will follow directly after this, March 18th. This class allows students the possibility to try a little bit of everything to give them a wide variety of art-making experiences all while building up their. Both traditional and non-traditional approaches are taught by using a variety of media that may include: plaster, paint, oil pastel, clay, cardboard, collage, and everyday objects that can be transformed into original works of art. The last class will end with a mini art showcase.
This is a drop off class if your child is ready for drop off.
If your child attends LFC school, one of our teachers will pick students up at school at 3;20 pm and walk them back to our studio. Pack a nut free snack and please email your child's teacher letting them know about pick up. For LFC students we will need to keep a number placard for your student to ease pick up. A week before the class begins we will send a little welcome email to you with your easel art teacher's contact info and a confirmation about pick up.
Your child can join a class after a session has begun. The class rate will be prorated based on the day of enrollment.
Each session is 6-8 weeks in duration.
Absolutely! You can just drop in for Open Art!

Yes! open art is free for anyone registered for a. class session. And you can attend open art in BUCKTOWN OR RAVENSWOOD.
There is easy metered street parking along Milwaukee Ave, for our Bucktown location and in Ravenswood street parking.
Drop off is optional for kids over the age of 5. We ask that you let us know if you choose to drop off your child.
Each child is allowed 2 make up classes per 8 week session and 1 make up class for all pro-rated class sessions. Make ups can ONLY be scheduled during the current session. Make ups classes CAN be rolled over to new session if arranged with Miss Jess or Miss Kerry.
Drop ins are listed on our calendar page and makeups are arranged with your current teacher. They will schedule you.
Our cancellation policy is as follows: The registration fee for camp/a special event is forfeited should attendance be cancelled. Should your child be ill, we require a 24 hour notice by form of email/phone message, at which time we will provide your child a voucher to be used toward an event of equal or less value.
To be eligible for a make up class, please give notice BEFORE his/her class begins. Your notice can be in the form of a note, email, or phone call.
Dress for mess! All of our paints are washable & non-toxic, and smocks are always provided.
Registration can be completed online or by calling the studio directly. Please note that payment is taken at time of registration.
We do sell gift certificates, and they are great gifts! Give the gift of art here.
No, you can NOT drop-off your child for Open Art. We require that you stay at the studio with your child for Open Art.
