Does my child have to start a class at the beginning of a session?

Your child can join a class after a session has begun. The class rate will be prorated based on the day of enrollment.

 

How many weeks is a session?

Each session is 8 weeks in duration. 

 

Can we come in just for Open Art instead of signing up for a class?

Absolutely! You can just drop in for Open Art or purchase an Open Art pass.

 

What is the length of time we can stay for Open Art?

You can stay and create for Open Art anytime that is listed on our most current schedule. The schedule can be found here. Most families stay for Open Art for 1 hour to an hour and a half.
 

Does a Class Art Pass include entry to Open Art?

No, a Class Art Pass is only good for classes and not for Open Art.  Enrollment in a class session allows children unlimited open art entry during our Fall & Spring sessions. Class Passes expire ONE year from date of purchase and are NOT refundable.
 

Is there parking?

There is easy metered street parking along Milwaukee Ave.

 

Are classes drop off?

Drop off is optional for kids over the age of 4.  We ask that you let us know if you choose to drop off your child.


Is there a sibling discount?

We do offer a sibling discount.  Use coupon code SIBLINGLUV for a $15 discount. There is no discount for Open Art.
 

How many make-up classes are permitted per session?

Each child is allowed 2 make up classes per 8 week session and 1 make up class for all pro-rated class sessions.  Make ups can ONLY be scheduled during the current session.  Make up classes CAN NOT be rolled over to new session.

 

How do I schedule a drop in
or make up class?

Please call or email at least 48 hours in advance for a drop-in or make-up class.
 

What is your cancellation policy for camps and/or special events?

Our cancellation policy is as follows: The registration fee for camp/a special event is forfeited should attendance be cancelled.  Should your child be ill, we require a 24 hour notice by form of email/phone message, at which time we will provide your child a voucher to be used toward an event of equal or less value.  

Do we need to call if we are
missing a class?

To be eligible for a make up class, please give notice BEFORE his/her class begins.  Your notice can be in the form of a note, email, or phone call. 

 

How should I dress my child?

Dress for mess!  All of our paints are washable & non-toxic, and smocks are always provided.

 

How do I register my child for a class, special event, or camp?

Registration can be completed online or by calling the studio directly. Please note that payment is taken at time of registration.

 

Do you sell gift certificates?

We do sell gift certificates, and they are great gifts! Give the gift of art here.


Is Open Art drop-off?

No, you can NOT drop-off your child for Open Art.  We require that you stay at the studio with your child for Open Art.

Can I use multiple coupon codes?

Only one coupon code may be used at one time.
