Studio Birthday Party
Easel Art Studio offers a unique way to celebrate your child’s special day. We offer several unique art theme for. every party for ALL ages and provide you with all the materials needed to create masterpieces. We customize our project around your child’s likes. We organize, plan, and run your party so that you can enjoy your guests and take pictures. Choose from a variety of examples all using a variety of mediums. You name it they can CREATE it!
We are booking Saturday parties and Sunday (at both locations). parties at the following times
10:30 a.m to 12:30 p.m
1:30 p.m to 3:30 p.m
3:30 p.m to 5:30 p.m
Studio party details:
Every party includes the room for up to 2 hours for $350 (a non-refundable $50 is required upon booking)
Set up & Clean Up Included
Teacher(s) to help you run the party
For larger. parties extra staff may be needed at a cost of $75
Additional $15 per child fee applies for art projects
Goodie bags provided at $5 each
Please note that our Bucktown studio can accommodate up to 25 kids for drop off and 15 kids for non drop off. Ravenswood can accommodate 30-35 kids for drop. off. and 20 kids for non drop off.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your party, no sooner no later ;-)
The Thursday before your party date a final headcount is REQUIRED
You are charged Thursday for the final headcount provided
All projects are customized for your child
*Changes made after materials are ordered & prepped will be subject to a $50 fee.

Want an Easel Art teacher to come to your home/ business and run a really cool and creative party? Choose from our project options and we'll help your guests create it! An Easel Art Studio teacher will come to your space with all the supplies to run your chosen art party and delight your guests. Our teachers set up and run an art activity while you watch, participate with your child, or catch up on other things. You roll in the cake, drinks, and treats as we tidy up, leaving your room as we find it.
Home party details:
Parties starts at $275
(includes 1 teacher and travel fee**)Non-refundable $50 deposit is required upon booking a party

Additional teachers are required for parties with 12+ kids ($75 fee)
